Congratulations on reaching this pivotal milestone in your career! Finding a supervisor is an important decision that requires careful consideration. It is essential that you and your supervisor have a connection and can work comfortably with each other, as this will assist in creating a collaborative relationship conducive for growth, support, and professional development. Supervision is a critical investment into your career and therapeutic approach that will impact you for years to come.
The Legacy Center provides clinical supervision and internships for psychology graduate students and individuals who are on track for Texas state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Individuals seeking supervision must be eligible to receive their designation as an LPC Associate, complete all academic requirements, and must be a resident of Texas.
Internships are reserved for psychology or counseling graduate students in the Greater Houston and surrounding areas.
We also offer supervision and consultation for Licensed Professional Counselors who desire support and accountability for their professional work. Options are available for both in-person and virtual individual and group supervision.

Learn to use the #1 premarital and marriage assessment, Prepare/Enrich, a global standard for over 35 years! This training is designed to equip professional counselors, clergy, marriage educators, and/or graduate students with core knowledge and skills administering the Prepare/Enrich strengths-oriented customized assessments. Learn how to help couples identify their strengths and growth areas, providing feedback utilizing the 12 content areas. You will learn how to use the assessment results to gain a comprehensive view of the couple’s relationship dynamics, personality, commitment level, financial management, communication, spiritual beliefs, and more! Becoming a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator provides you with the training needed to confidently utilize the proven assessment and resources to foster resilient relationships and make a healthy impact on marriages in your church, professional counseling practice, and community.
After the training you will be able to:
· Administer the assessment and prepare couples to complete it
· Interpret the assessment
· Provide personalized feedback
· Initiate meaningful discussion
· Facilitate relationship skill-building exercises
· Help couples build, renew, or restore their relationship
Investment: $200 per participant
Training fee includes a Lifetime Facilitator Certification, Prepare/Enrich Resource Kit with materials and Couple’s workbook, and One (1) Complimentary Scoring Credit.
