General Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, or groups.

  • Maintain timely file management, case notes, treatment planning, and diagnosis, if applicable.

  •  Proactive client engagement and professional communication.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to multicultural competence, serving diverse populations, and growing in spiritual and cultural sensitivity.

 

Preferred Qualities:

  • Advanced skills training and certification in clinical specialties (i.e., Sex therapy/AASECT, Trauma, EMDR, DBT, CSAT, etc.)

  • Available to offer evening and/or weekend hours

  • Eager to learn, advance clinical skills, support, and collaborate with the team.

We are looking for Fully Licensed full and part-time clinicians to join our dynamic and collaborative team. Applicants must be licensed to practice in the State of Texas as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist. 

We also have positions available for graduates who are eligible for licensure as an LPC Associate for supervision and/or completion of their LPC requirements (Texas only).

Provided below is information for consumers on how to request health care records, contact the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council, and file a consumer complaint in accordance with Texas law.

Request Medical Records:

Copies of your health care records can be obtained with your written request.

​

To request copies of your medical records, please request and submit an Authorization to Disclose Health Information Form through your client portal or by mail to Dr. Leah McCoy, clinical director. For general questions regarding medical records, please contact us at info@thepoweroflegacy.org. Please do not include any private health information in your email.
